220 gm digestive Biscuit
½ cup of powder sugar
1 Cream nestle
120 gm Butter
1 small spoon of vanilla
20 pieces of kiri cheese
1 can of topping (blueberry or strawberry)
-Crush the biscuit until it is soft and then mixed with the butter (get out the butter from the fridge before it with a while).
-Get the cheese cake pan and then put the mixture up at the pan and spread it all.
-Put it in fridge for a while (half an hour) until you finish the rest of the ingredients.
-Get the rest of the ingredients and put them all together and stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment (or use a handheld mixer). Mix on medium-low speed until the mixture is creamy.
-In the mean while pre-heat your oven on 160-180 degree (it depends on your oven).
-Get out the pan from the fridge put on the mixture and then put it on the oven for 40 min.
-If you want to check that the cake is ready put a knife inside, it if it gets out clean that’s mean it is ready.
-Get it out let it cool down and then get your favorite topping and spread it on.
