Do you constantly feel tired, exhausted  and sometimes you feel you are going to faint? It could be due to low Vitamin D.

What is Vitamin D and why it is important?

Vitamin D is essential for strong bones, because it helps the body use calcium from your diet. Traditionally, vitamin D deficiency has been associated with rickets, a disease in which the bone tissue doesn’t properly mineralize, leading to soft bones and skeletal deformities.

Some of the top Symptoms of lack of Vitamin D are:

1-Feeling pain in your bones and back

2-Hair loss


4-Muscle pain

5-Some people suffer from dark and ashy skin

6-Fatigue and tiredness

7-Weight gain, and sometimes you won’t lose weight even you are training and eating healthily.

if these symptoms are familiar you must check your doctor (sometimes you have to take supplemental Vitamin D pills, or have shots if it severe deficiency)

1-Take a walk—Try for early morning, during your lunch break or after work. …

2-Exposure to sun very important and don’t forget your sun cream.

3-Make sure to have these foods in your day: Fatty Fish, Cheese, Butter, Tuna, Milk and yogurt.
